About
Our Services
Complete design and contract management services from bespoke domestic refurbishments, academy/school improvement works and small to large scale housing regeneration programmes. We work closely with a co-operative of Architects, Building Surveyors, Clerk of Works, M&E Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Structural Engineers to facilitate any multi-disciplinary service requirements.

Dale has over 20 year's experience working in both public and private multi-disciplinary design practices. He graduated from university with Honours in Architectural Technology and holds expertise in architectural design, contract administration and partnership management. His most notable project was as a Partnership Manager leading on a £365m Social Housing Regeneration Programme which he details as both very challenging and extremely enjoyable.

With extensive knowledge of the housing sector, we aim to work alongside clients and support established property consultants to plan and deliver small to large scale investment programmes as well as helping homeowners take the necessary steps to start their own building projects. We work with schools to facilitate bids and project manage their construction contracts. If we can be a part of building better communities and improving peoples lives we're doing something worthwhile, right now.
